Customer Satisfaction, Guarantee and Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products please contact us immediately by telephone or email and we will happily provide you with a replacement. You have 7 days after placing the order to cancel it, to do this simply contact us and we will cancel your order.
If you wish to return an item , contact us first and we will advise you how to return it. If it is a faulty item, we will refund you the initial order carriage cost, and then offer you a full refund or replacement. We will also refund you the carriage cost to return it to us. If it is not faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement, but not the initial order carriage cost or the cost to return it.

Currency and Payment
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP).
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, the total you will be charged will be converted into your local currency by your credit card company. We have no control over the exchange rates credit card companies choose to apply. It is also important to note that the customer is responsible for paying any tax and duty applied to their purchase. Payments will be via PayPal with payment details attached to your quote. Please see “other ways to order” below for further details.
We deliver worldwide, Delivery within the UK is usually within 3 working days. For all other countries delivery is usually within 28 working days.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit & Mastercard.
Carriage charges for the UK and Offshore Islands are calculated during you order process (in the order basket). UK Mainland orders under £50.00 are £4.00 carriage for small parcels under 2kg or £7.00 carriage for large parcels over 2kg. UK Mainland orders over £50.00 are FREE carriage for orders placed via the Website (Phone orders over £ 50.00 will be charged carriage at the standard under £50.00 rate). Highlands and islands orders are £10.00. Overseas orders, no carriage will be added and we will contact you with a price for the cost of carriage to the shipping country.
